In 2022, I took a significant step in my career by leaving my corporate job to start a business with my partner, Eric Bujold. Combining Eric's extensive experience in welding and my background in corporate work, we envisioned creating a formidable team capable of building a successful business.
My passion for the oil and gas industry has been a significant driving force in my career. With hands-on experience working on drilling rigs, I have gained an invaluable understanding of the industry's complexities and challenges. This profound insight is crucial in making informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency, bolster safety protocols, and promote sustainable business growth.

Eric Bujold, a Red Seal certified welder since 2013, is a seasoned professional in the welding industry with a rich and diverse experience spanning various sectors. After completing his college education in New Brunswick, Eric embarked on a career path that showcased his passion and skill in welding, setting him apart as a specialist in his field.
In New Brunswick, Eric was a vital member of his local union, where he excelled in structural welding, fabrication, and ironwork. His dedication and precision in these areas earned him a solid reputation and paved the way for future endeavours.
In 2016, seeking new challenges and opportunities, Eric moved to Alberta. He joined the local 488 union, stepping into the role of a B pressure welder in power plant settings. This experience in Alberta was instrumental in broadening his expertise, particularly in high-pressure and high-stakes environments, further solidifying his standing as an expert welder.
2022 marked a significant milestone in Eric's career. Partnering with Lisa, who brought her extensive education and career experience, they decided to venture into entrepreneurship and established their own welding company. This decision was fueled by a shared vision and complementary skill sets: Eric's mastery of welding and Lisa's insight into business management.
